The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is empowered by the governing documents of the Association to review all proposed improvements to property within the community. If you plan to do any new landscaping work, change the paint color of your house, change the construction of your fence or any other modification to the appearance of your property, you must submit an Architectural Review Application (PDF) that describes the proposed project. The ARC will review the application and typically respond within 14 days. If you prefer to submit a Word document, please use this form.
Failure to follow this process can result in fines and other consequences, including restoration of your property to its original appearance.
