Canyon Creek Amenities

The fenced amenities, pool area and tennis and basketball courts, require an Amenity keycard in order to enter. Keycards are activated for Members and residents in good standing with the Canyon Creek Homeowners Association. To be in good standing, you must be current on all regular and special assessments and be in compliance with the Canyon Creek Rules (i.e. having no more than one notice letter regarding a specific violation).

Amenity keycards are issued to adult Members and residents (age 18 and over), after signing an Acknowledgement and Waiver form. One keycard is issued per household initially. Lost or stolen cards may be replaced at a cost of $30 and the old card will be deactivated. To obtain the Amenity keycard, sign and return the Acknowledgement and Waiver form to Spectrum Association Management at contact@spectrumam.com. Upon receipt of the signed waiver and confirmation that the Member or resident is in good standing, the card will be activated and mailed. By signing the Acknowledgement and Waiver form, Members are agreeing not to share key cards to anyone outside of their immediate household.
