Tennis Court Policy
This policy provides guidelines for Canyon Creek residents to access the Tennis Courts located at Canyon Creek Park. It is the intent of the Canyon Creek Homeowners Association (CCHOA) Board of Directors to maintain the integrity of the tennis courts and preserve the safety of the park for the residents and homeowners of Canyon Creek.
Access to the Canyon Creek Tennis Courts requires an HOA-issued Card Key. The same card key can be used to access the swimming pool and can be requested by Canyon Creek residents by contacting Spectrum Association Management, using the Pool Key Request webpage. The Canyon Creek Tennis Courts are available for use by HOA Dues Paying Residents only. Residents are not currently allowed to bring guests upon reservation of the court.
Court reservations take priority over any walk-in player unless the reserving party fails to show up within ten minutes of the booking start, aka the "10 Minute Rule".
Residents wishing to reserve courts must do so by scheduling through https://app.courtreserve.com/Portal/canyoncreektennis.

To set up your account you will need your Canyon Creek HOA account number
At this time we ask that each household only sign up for a single account.
After sign-up, account validation will take up to 24 hours. Your patience is appreciated as we set up our new portal.
For support email 'tennis@canyoncreek.net' An account must be created by an adult that is a resident of Canyon Creek. Access requests will be granted within 24 hours of the request.
In the interest of fair access to all residents of Canyon Creek, only one court reservation per household is allowed each day.
Primetime reservation hours are: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
During ‘Primetime’ reservations are restricted to 60 minutes due to high demand.
Residents can reserve no more than 2 Primetime slots per 72 hours.
Reservations can be made up to 72 hours in advance.
Outside of Primetime, blocks of up to 120 minutes can be reserved.
Using multiple accounts to work around the restrictions above can result in the revocation of privileges.
Residents can only reserve one court per session.
Security Cameras are located on-premises for the safety of our residents.
Residents must pick up trash and debris left behind.
