Dear Members,
The Board of Directors has been considering revisions to the Association’s policy regarding fines for violations of the Canyon Creek Restrictions. The motivations for considering updates to the policy and the proposed revisions were discussed in a blog post on the Association’s website, www.canyoncreek.net on April 3, 2017 where the text of the revised policy draft was made available. At that time the Board of Directors invited Members to review the draft and to share any comments on the proposed changes at the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors on May 22, 2017.
At the May 22, 2017 regular meeting of the Board, the new policy was unanimously adopted and will become effective on July 1, 2017 subject to filing processes and notice periods under all applicable laws and our governing documents.
