The Directors have been working with Members of the Association to construct a policy for community events sponsored by the HOA. The policy is intended to be a guide for volunteer event coordinators in organizing and executing events and includes parameters around commercial sponsorship of events in order to limit overt commercialization and maintain their community feel. Members of the Canyon Creek Homeowners Association are invited to review the policy and share your input during the Member comment period at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors on July 24, 2017 at 7pm in the portable buildings at the Church at Canyon Creek.
