Using Golf Carts, ATVs, Utility, Recreational and Off-Road Vehicles in Canyon Creek

All vehicles in Canyon Creek must comply Texas DMV Rules. 

LSVs (Low Speed Vehicles) and NEVs (Neighborhood Electric Vehicles) may be used on the Canyon Creek public roadways provided they comply with these Texas DMV rules.

Golf Carts, ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles), UTVs (Utility Vehicles), ROVs (Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles) may not be used on any of the Canyon Creek neighborhood streets, Canyon Creek Elementary school property, in Trailhead Park, HOA trails, or HOA greenbelt areas.  The Canyon Creek HOA Board reserves the right to levy an appropriate fine against any resident known to have caused damaged to any HOA owned property through the use of these restricted vehicles.
